Will the SVG show up in Etsy search if I sell it on Quay?
No. Quay is not connected to Etsy and does not run a marketplace. Buyers find the file only through a link you share. Keep an Etsy listing if that search is how the file sells.
SVG files without Etsy
Sell SVG files from your own page, without an Etsy listing.
An SVG on Quay is a file in private storage. The buyer pays on your Stripe account and gets an expiring download. Etsy can still be where strangers browse. This page is the path that does not use a listing.
Package the vectors
Upload one SVG or a zip of a set, plus a short note that says personal use or the commercial terms you actually offer. Quay does not render a live preview of the SVG and does not watermark it.
Each file stops at 20 MB. A larger set can be two products sold together as a bundle. The public page shows the description and the price. The file is not on that page.
The Etsy bill this skips
Etsy’s fees policy, read 8 Oct 2026, charges $0.20 USD to list on Etsy.com whether or not the item sells, and listings expire after four months. A sale adds a 6.5% transaction fee on the displayed price. For a US bank account, Etsy Payments adds 3% plus $0.25. Offsite Ads are extra and are not in the calculator.
Quay does not charge a listing fee. Harbor takes an application fee only when an order is paid. The live percent is on the pricing page. Stripe’s processing fee is billed to your connected account and is not inside that percent. You also do not get Etsy’s search. Pinterest, a newsletter, or your own site has to send the person.
Delivery and the payout
After payment, the buyer’s email gets a download page. You set how many hours the link lives and how many downloads it allows. A refund closes the link. A license product can add a key if your own tool needs a code to check. Quay does not phone home from a design app by itself.
Checkout is a direct charge on the Stripe Connect account you onboard. Connect Stripe before a real card can be charged. Until a Stripe secret is set, production paid checkout stays closed.

Questions
Can I sell the same SVG on Etsy and on Quay?
Yes. Quay does not import the Etsy listing and does not turn it off. You upload the file here and replace the link you send to people who already know you. The Etsy fees above still apply to sales that stay on Etsy.
