This page explains what Quay collects from sellers and buyers, why, and which providers help run the service. Quay does not sell personal information.

Sellers

  • Account details: name, email, and a hashed password.
  • Store content you upload: products, files, prices, and settings.
  • Your Stripe Connect account ID and its status. Bank and identity details stay with Stripe.
  • Campaign details from the link that brought you to Quay, such as utm parameters and click IDs, saved once at signup.

Buyers

  • Name and email from checkout, so the seller can deliver the download and you can reopen it from the buyer library.
  • Order details, download counts, and any license key issued to you.
  • Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by Quay.

Cookies

Quay uses cookies to keep you signed in, hold your cart, remember an affiliate referral for 30 days, and remember which campaign brought you here. If advertising or analytics tags are enabled, those providers may set their own cookies.

Who processes data for Quay

  • Stripe, for checkout, Connect payouts, and Studio billing.
  • Vercel, for hosting and file storage, and Neon, for the database.
  • Resend, for transactional email such as download links.

Your choices

Email colecollins763@gmail.com from the address on your account to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Sellers keep records needed for their own tax and refund obligations.
