Quay

The bill

A new seller should not pay $39 before the first file sells.

SendOwl’s public pricing, read 28 Sep 2026, starts at $39.00 a month on Launch. That plan covers up to $10,000.00 in sales a year, 5,000 orders, and 10 GB of downloads a month. Cross a trailing-12-month cap and their own page says the account is upgraded. Quay has no sales cap and no bandwidth meter.

Harbor

$0

to open. Then 5.0% when an order is paid.

Studio

$29.00

a month, 0.0% on sales. No yearly sales ceiling.

Their Launch

$39.00

a month before you sell, then a higher plan when the cap hits.

A year of platform fees

Stripe’s card fee is extra on both sides and is not in this table. SendOwl’s annual billing is lower than the monthly price shown here. Even their discounted Launch rate is still a subscription with the same caps. Quay’s cut, when there is one, is an application fee on the charge into your Stripe balance.

Pick Quay

  • You have not sold yet, or a $39 month is larger than a few percent of what you actually sell.
  • You crossed a sales or order cap and the next invoice jumped.
  • A bandwidth allotment is the wrong meter for a PDF or a zip.
  • You want the charge on your Stripe account, with the platform fee visible on that charge.

Stay there for now

  • You need PayPal, EU VAT, or sales tax calculated for you.
  • You stamp PDFs, lock documents, stream video, or ship a physical add-on.
  • Files are larger than 20 MB, or you need teammates and two-factor sign-in.
  • You rely on their Shopify, WordPress, or membership-plugin apps.

The feature list is what Quay does. The gaps above are not included.

Move a catalog you already own

Bring your files and your customer list. Do not wait for a special import, and do not hand Quay the password to the other account.

  1. 01

    Export what you already own

From the other dashboard, download your product list and your customer CSV. Those lists are yours.

  2. 02

Open the same Stripe account here

Harbor needs no card. Connect the Stripe account that should receive the money. Buyer charges land on that balance.

  3. 03

    Put the files back up

Recreate each product: price, files, bundle, membership, license pool, and discount codes. Quay does not import their catalog for you.

  4. 04

    Swap the buttons

Replace the old buy link with the Quay link or the HTML snippet. Leave the old account on for one billing cycle so links already in inboxes still open.

  5. 05

    Write to your own list

Email past buyers from the CSV you exported. Point them at the Quay library. Then cancel the other subscription.
