Terms of service

Harbor has no monthly fee and an application fee on paid orders. Studio is a monthly subscription with a lower fee. Current amounts are on the pricing page. Stripe's processing fees are billed to the seller's connected account. Fee changes are announced before they apply.

Sellers are the merchant of record for what they sell. You are responsible for having the rights to every file you upload, for your product descriptions, for taxes, and for refunds and support to your buyers. Payouts follow your Stripe account's schedule and Stripe's own terms.

Your purchase is from the seller, not from Quay. Download links expire after the time and number of downloads the seller set. Refund requests go to the seller.

Do not sell illegal, infringing, or harmful content, or use Quay to mislead buyers or abuse the service. Quay may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Quay is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Quay's liability for any claim is limited to the fees Quay received from you in the three months before the claim.
