Sell printables online

Sell printables as files, not as a listing inside someone else’s shop.

A printable on Quay is a PDF, a zip of pages, or both. You set the price, publish the page, and the buyer gets the files by email after they pay.

What you upload

Export the pages from whatever tool you designed them in. Create a single-download product and upload the PDF, or a zip if the set has several sizes. One product can hold more than one file. A bundle sells several printables you already listed, at one price.

Each file has to be 20 MB or smaller. Quay does not print on demand, ship paper, or stamp the buyer’s email onto the PDF.

Where the buyer comes from

Quay is not a marketplace. Pinterest, a newsletter, or your own site has to send the person. The product page, a plain link, and an HTML button are the three ways to place it. Etsy can still be where strangers browse. The fee calculator shows what a listing fee plus a 6.5% transaction fee does to a printable price.

After they pay

The file is not on a public URL. The buyer’s email gets a download page that expires after the hours and download count you set. A refund closes the link. Harbor takes an application fee on the paid order and nothing before it. The live percent is on the pricing page.

Questions

Can I sell a printable and a commercial-use license together?

Yes. Put the PDF on a download product, or use a license product if you also want a key issued with the order. Quay does not enforce how the buyer uses the file after they download it.

Will Quay show my printable in a gallery of other sellers?

No. There is no public marketplace. You share the link.
