Can Quay print and mail the stickers?
No. Products are files. Shipping and print-on-demand are not part of the product types.
Sell digital stickers
A sticker product on Quay is the PNG, SVG, or zip you upload. There is no print shop and no shipping. The buyer pays, then downloads. If you need Etsy’s search, the published listing and transaction fees still apply there.
Export individual PNGs with a transparent background, an SVG sheet, or both inside a zip. Say the pixel size and whether the files are for a planner app, a cutting machine, or printing at home. Quay does not check those claims. The description is yours.
Keep each file at or under 20 MB. A commercial-use note in the description is the license. Quay does not stamp the file or stop a buyer from saving a copy during the download window.
A digital sticker has no paper cost inside Quay. Pick a price the buyer will pay for the pack, then look at the fee on that price. Paid charges under $0.50 are rejected. A price of $0 still delivers the file.
If the same pack is listed on Etsy, the fees policy read 8 Oct 2026 adds $0.20 to list and 6.5% when it sells, plus US processing of 3% plus $0.25. The calculator adds those up. Harbor has no listing fee. Its application fee is the percent on the pricing page. Stripe processing is extra on Quay.
Share the product link or the HTML button. Quay will not show the sticker in a public gallery of other sellers. A bundle can sell several packs you already listed, at one price, and deliver every file inside.
After payment the email contains a download page, not a permanent public file URL. Set the lifetime and the download cap on the store, or a stricter cap on that product. A refund revokes the link.

Yes. One product can hold more than one file. The download page lists each of them.
