Will my Etsy reviews show on the new page?
No. Quay does not import reviews, and this site does not invent buyer quotes. The new page shows the description and price you write.
Move Etsy downloads
Move a digital download off Etsy without an importer.
Quay does not sign into Etsy and does not copy a shop. You download your files, create the product here, and tell the people you can already reach. Sales that stay on Etsy still pay Etsy’s published fees.
What to copy by hand
From Etsy, download the files you are allowed to keep and any customer list you can export. Recreate each digital product on Quay: title, description, price, and the file. A bundle, a membership, a license pool, or a pay-what-you-want minimum are separate choices on the product form. There is no CSV of listings to upload.
Leave the Etsy listing published until the new link works and you have told past buyers where it is. Quay cannot unpublish an Etsy listing.

- 02. Open a Harbor store with email and password. Harbor does not ask for a card.
- 03. Create the product, upload the file, and set the price.
- 04. Connect Stripe from settings so a real card can be charged on your account.
- 05. Replace the link you share. Keep the Etsy listing until buyers you care about have the new page.
Fees that stop, and fees that do not
A sale on Quay does not pay Etsy’s $0.20 listing fee or 6.5% transaction fee. Those rates are from Etsy’s fees policy read 8 Oct 2026, and US processing of 3% plus $0.25 is from the processing article read the same day. They still apply to any order that checks out on Etsy.
Harbor’s fee is an application fee on the paid Quay order. Studio is optional and monthly. Stripe’s processing is extra. The calculator compares a batch of sales using the Etsy pieces above against Harbor and Studio. It does not include Offsite Ads.
What does not move with the file
Etsy reviews, Etsy search rank, and Etsy message history do not transfer. This page will not invent a number for how many buyers follow a link. You email the list you exported, or you post the new URL where you already talk to buyers.
Quay also does not calculate sales tax or EU VAT, sell physical goods, or stamp a PDF. If the shop depends on those, Etsy is still the right counter for that part of the catalog. Digital files you can deliver by email are the part this store is for.

No. Keep it up while you recreate the digital products and tell buyers. Quay never asks for your Etsy password. Sales that remain on Etsy keep Etsy’s fees.
