Quay

Sell Canva templates

Sell a Canva template as the file you exported, not as a live Canva login.

Quay does not connect to Canva. You export the template, upload that file, and the buyer downloads it after they pay. A share link pasted into a text file can still be forwarded.

What actually gets delivered

Export a PDF, a PNG, or a zip of the template and any instruction page. That file is what Quay stores privately and emails as a download page. If the product is only a Canva share URL inside a text file, anyone who receives the download can pass that URL on. The expiry limits the download page, not Canva’s own sharing.

Quay is not affiliated with Canva. There is no template gallery, no brand kit, and no button that duplicates a design into the buyer’s Canva account.

List it like any other download

Create the product, set the price, leave it published, and copy the public link. A discount code can be a launch price with an expiry and a use limit. Pay-what-you-want works if you want a minimum instead of one price.

Each file stops at 20 MB. A bundle can sell a matching set of templates you listed separately.

Who the template is for

Send the link from the audience you already have. Quay will not rank the template in a marketplace. If you need Etsy’s search, the tradeoff is their listing fee and 6.5% transaction fee, which the calculator totals for a price you type.

Questions

Will the buyer edit the template inside Quay?

No. They download the file you uploaded. Editing happens in their own tools.

Can I sell the same template as a commercial license?

You can say so in the description and, if you want a code, use a license product. Quay does not police what the buyer does with the file after download.
