Will Quay import my SendOwl products?
No. Recreate the product, upload the file, and replace the buy button. The steps are on the compare page.
SendOwl alternative
SendOwl’s public pricing starts with a monthly plan before the first order. Quay’s Harbor plan does not. You connect Stripe, list the product, and the platform fee is taken only when an order is paid.
SendOwl’s pricing page, read 28 Sep 2026, starts Launch at $39 a month, with a yearly sales cap, an order cap, and a bandwidth allotment. Crossing a trailing-12-month cap moves the account up. The comparison table on this site uses those published monthly prices, not their discounted annual rate.
Harbor is a percentage of paid orders and nothing before that. Studio is a flat month plus a smaller application fee, with no sales cap and no bandwidth meter in Quay. Stripe’s card fee is extra on both sides and is not in that table.
You keep your Stripe account. Buyer charges are direct charges on the connected account, so you are merchant of record and the payout lands on your Stripe balance.
Quay does not import another catalog. Export your product list and customer CSV, recreate each product, swap the buy link, and write to your own list. Leave the old account up for one billing cycle so links already in inboxes still open.
Quay does not offer PayPal, EU VAT, sales tax calculation, PDF stamping, document locking, audio or video streaming, custom domains, or apps for Shopify, WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace. If those are the reason you pay for SendOwl, stay there.

They are the public list prices recorded on 28 Sep 2026. Recheck SendOwl’s pricing page before you decide. Their annual billing is lower than the monthly prices used in the table, and it still has the same caps.
