Can a teacher print the worksheet from Quay?
They download the PDF and print it themselves. Quay does not print, bind, or mail paper.

A worksheet on Quay is the PDF or zip you upload. There is no print shop. The buyer pays, then downloads. If the same file is also listed on Etsy, Etsy’s published fees still apply to the sales that stay there.
What to upload
Export the worksheet as a PDF, or zip a set of pages. Say the page count and whether the file is for printing at home or filling on a screen. Quay does not check those claims. The description is yours.
Keep each file at or under 20 MB. A cover image can be public. The worksheet file is not on the public page.
Price it against a published fee
Etsy’s fees policy, read 8 Oct 2026, charges $0.20 to list a worksheet on Etsy.com and 6.5% when it sells, plus payment processing. US Etsy Payments is 3% plus $0.25. The calculator adds those up. Offsite Ads are not in that math.
A sale on your own link does not pay the listing fee. It pays Harbor’s application fee, or Studio’s month, plus Stripe’s processing on your connected account. The Quay amounts are on the pricing page.
Where the buyer comes from
Share the product link or the HTML button. Quay will not show the worksheet in a gallery of other sellers. A bundle can sell several worksheets you already listed, at one price.
After payment the email contains a download page, not a permanent public file URL. Set the lifetime and the download cap on the store, or a stricter cap on that product.
