Sell Notion templates

Sell a Notion template without sharing the duplicate link in public.

Quay is not affiliated with Notion. A Notion template is a page the buyer duplicates, so the product you upload is a PDF or text file that holds the duplicate link and setup steps.

Package the template

In Notion, publish the template page and allow duplication. Put that link, a short setup guide, and any screenshots in a PDF. Upload the PDF as a single-download product.

Anyone with the duplicate link can copy the page, so the link only goes in the paid file, never in the public description.

Updates and versions

If you improve the template, add the new PDF to the product. You can resend the download page from a past order when a buyer asks for the new version.

Checkout and fees

The buyer pays on your Stripe account and gets the download page by email. Harbor takes the application fee on the pricing page from each paid order. Studio is a flat monthly plan, also listed there.

Questions

Can Quay add the buyer to my Notion workspace?

No. Quay does not connect to Notion. The buyer duplicates the template with the link in the file you deliver.

Can a buyer share the duplicate link?

They can, as with any template sold this way. Keep the link out of public pages, and update it if you see it shared widely.

Can I sell a template bundle?

Yes. List each template as a product, then create a bundle at one price.
